Yonge & Wellness is devoted to offering small classes to enhance the one on one experience. We limit the class sizes to 5 participants to allow each individual to experience the utmost every week.
We offer classes in Pre-Natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga (Mommy and Baby Yoga) and Hatha Yoga. Classes are unique and will aid in stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Pre-Natal Yoga classes aid in preparing women for labour and delivery. Post-Natal Yoga will keep you a strong and flexible Mom while bonding with your infants. Hatha Yoga classes will focus on decreasing stress and aid in muscle flexibility. The more flexible your muscles are the less prone you will be to injury and/or pain.

Yoga Schedule
Sunday morning at 9:30am - 10:30am (Hatha)
Tuesday mornings at 9:30am - 10:30am (Special Hatha class - call for details)
Wednesday evenings at 6pm - 7pm (Pre-Natal Yoga) Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm - 8:15pm (Pre-Natal Yoga)
Thursday evenings at 7pm - 8pm (Pre-Natal Yoga) Thursday evenings at 8:15pm - 9:15pm (Hatha Yoga)
Sessions run for 6 weeks Next Session Start Dates: Week of February 22nd, 2012 all classes have space - register now! Call for Drop-in availability!
NB: Our classes are small and to guarantee a spot we need registration and payment before the start of the session. From time to time, classes may start on different weeks to allow for proper attendance (please call to see if we still have availability in the current session).

6-Week Yoga sessions are $130 + HST Drop-in Classes are $24 + HST/class
Space is limited (5 students maximum per class) and classes fill on a 'first come, first served' basis.
