Yonge & Wellness - Massage Therapy and Health Studio is very excited to be able to offer Holistic Nutritional Consulting.
Registered Holistic Nutritionists/Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultants (RHNs) are professionals trained in Holistic Nutrition and complementary therapies, whose principal function is to educate individuals and groups about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition.
An RHN can guide clients through the maze of information from books, magazines, supplements and diets currently on the market. Working with clients, an RHN can help to identify and correct the nutritional causes of diseases, and they are qualified to design personalized diet and lifestyle programs that optimize health.

| Sandra Bianchi-Plese is a registered holistic nutritionist. She studied at the Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition. She has been assisting clients with their nutrition and supplement needs for the past 15 years. She has been practicing good nutrition with her own family and she sees the benefits of great immune health and general well being. She meets the needs of her clients with much success by teaching them about proper eating plans for the prevention of disease and recommends supplements to compliment these diets.

Workshops
Being Pregnant “Naturally”
This workshop will teach mothers proper nutrition to help promote good brain development for baby, a strong immune system for both mommy and baby, and to support a healthy recovery from labour and delivery. You will learn how to use both “Super” Foods and appropriate supplementation to meet your goals.
Workshops are offered monthly and run from 12 noon - 2pm. To reserve a spot in this or any other workshop please call Yonge & Wellness at 905-882-7685. Workshops last a minimum of 1 hour, and are at a cost of $10.00 per person.
